We offer a 7-day nationwide exchange policy. If your shoe size does not fit comfortably or you wish to exchange an unopened cosmetic or fragrance item, our concierge customer support team will assist you promptly.
Our footwear follows standard European sizing (EU 39–44 for men and EU 36–41 for women). For fine rings and necklace chains, standard measurements in millimeters and inches are provided on each product page. Our WhatsApp concierge is also available for personalized size assistance.
We provide nationwide express courier delivery to all cities across Pakistan within 2–4 business days. Complimentary free shipping is applied on all orders of Rs. 5,000 or above. Both Cash on Delivery (COD) and Online Bank Transfer (IBFT) are supported.
